The hotel is very convenient for visiting Médina and offers a magnificent view of Haram. However, the lack of cleanliness and unpleasant odors in the rooms were disappointing.

I stayed in a Junior Executive Suite due to my Silver Member status with Le Accor. The room was spacious with a large double bed and a sofa bed, but it was close to a lot of noise, not meeting the standards of a five-star hotel entirely. The service was good overall, with staff doing their best to make everyone happy, even though at times they seemed overwhelmed. The location was excellent for accessing the mosque, especially with the shuttle bus for ladies, but it was far from the women's gates in the Majid AL Nabawi. The dining options varied in quality, with some tasty and healthy choices but noticeably below standard at times. The facilities were adequate, catering to various client needs.
